   ECG OF THE MONTH
 
  Following Electrocardiogram was recorded from a man with history of recurrent fever of unknown origin and severe pain left lower limb for 2 days.  
ECG shows:  
1. Ventricular tachycardia 
2. Paraxysmal atrial tachycardia with 4:1 block 
3. Atrial Flutter with 2:1 block 
4. Sinus tachycardia 
 
 Your Diagnosis is
Ventricular Tachycardia 
Paraxysmal artial tachycardia with 4:1 block  
Sinus tachycardia
Atrial flutter with 2:1 block
