DIAGNOSIS OF PREVIOUS MONTH'S CASE
The
answer for the case of September 2000 is Posterior wall Gastric Ulcer.
Longitudinal and Transverse scans of Left hypochondrium
Shows
water filled stomach with large ulcer creatur with Ulcer mound
On either side of creatur. Wall thickness at the level of ulcer
is
Markedly increased measuring more than 1.2 cm which could suggest
Possibility
of Malignant Ulcer.
Subsequent Endoscopic finding confirms the Ultrasound finding and
Biopsy
report came out as Adenocarcinoma of Stomach.
