The INTERNET USERS CLUB OF INDIA, MADURAI was started with the objective of providing a platform for all users and enthusiasts of INTERNET to come together for discussing various issues concerning internet
access. The IUCI, Madurai had consequently taken steps to get affiliated to the central body and now it is the official Madurai Chapter for the INTERNET USERS CLUB OF INDIA. To persuade the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and other concerned departments to bring in the local server and to
represent the various issues of interest to us, it is imperative that we have a lobby in the form of a formal organisation, and one, which is real strong.
With this in mind, The IUCI, Madurai chapter, proposes to activity enrol members to get the requisite strength. Please note that any subscriber to Internet or any internet enthusiast may enrol themselves as members in the club. THERE IS NO MEMBERSHIP CHARGES and IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE. In fact, a subscriber to the VSNL automatically becomes a member of the IUCI.
IUCI, Madurai is compiling a database on the
internet users in Madurai, so as
to represent to the concerned dept. to bring in the local server. Hence
all users are requested to immediately contact
